Founded in 1978, the New Jersey Chamber Singers aims to provide New Jersey audiences with quality performances of choral music written for the small ensemble. The New Jersey Chamber Singers' continuing mission is to engage, enrich and inspire New Jersey audiences through the performance of high-quality choral music.
The New Jersey Chamber Singers present their feature performance of their 45th Season that centers around the concept of “Soul” through a stirring collection of works crafted for chamber choir. NJCS will highlight Franz Schubert’s heavenly, “Mass in G” and Ola Gjeilo’s exquisite, “Dark & Luminous Night” with incredible guest soloists and string quartet. Soul-stirring works by B.E. Boykin, Lili Boulanger, Susan LaBarr, and Moses Hogan will complete this evocative concert experience.
